今月はミラノで開催されましたサローネ2018の特集です。
smart design for smart peopleと題してプラスティックの家具で有名なKartellがなんと木製の成形合板の新作を発表。Philippe Starckデザインの「Queen wood」「Kingwood」「Princess wood」。Piero Lissoniデザインの「smart table」は天板にIHを備えた「i table」と食卓に新しいスタイルの提案をしている。また生分解性樹脂の取組みでアウトドア仕様の家具も披露。
